Motorcycle Accident on Harford Road (Local Box 38-13)
04/05/12 - Around 2:30pm Long Green and Kingsville VFC's were alerted for a motorcycle pi on Harford road. Units arrived to find a motorcycle vs. a guardrail. Units started patient care and IV485 transported the patient to the hospital. Units were on the scene for about a half hour.

Rescue on Manor Road (Rescue Box 38-3)
04/20/12 - Around 8:30 Long Green and surrounding companies were alerted for an auto accident with rollover. While en route the call was upgraded to a rescue box. E382 arrived to find a suv on its side with one person trapped inside. The crew from the engine immediately started stabilizing the car. When Truck 297 arrived they started removing the roof so the patient could be removed from the suv. The patient was then transferred to the medic crew; he was then taken to the hospital. Units were on scene for about 40 minutes.

Overturned Truck Traps 1 on Dance Mill (Rescue Box 38-7)
03/17/12 - Just before 1030 Long Green Volunteers were alerted with rescue companies for an auto accident with people trapped. M475 and E382 arrived to find that a Ford Ranger had gone up the embankment and rolled on its side trapping the person under the cab of the truck. The crews from E382, SU387 stabilized the truck, and then lifted the truck off the patient. The medic crew transported the patient to the landing site were the patient was transferred to Trooper 1 to go to the trauma center. Units were on location for about an hour.

Another Chimney Fire In Company 47's First Due (Fire Box 47-2)
03/09/12 - Around 3:42am Jacksonville and surrounding companies were alerted for a dwelling fire on 16135 Old York road. The Engine from 47 arrived to find that there was a chimney fire with extension into the floor. The crew from Engine 382 assisted in fire extinguishment, salvage and overhaul. The crews were on location for about two and half hours.
Auto Accident Durnig Ice Storm (Local Box 38-15)
01/21/12 - Just before 830am Long Green was alerted for an auto accident on Harford Road just south of Long Green Pk. E382 arrived and found a two car motor vehicle crash. The crew from E382 started patient care. Once M55 arrived they took over patient care and also transported to the hospital. Units were on location for about 45 minutes.
Dwelling Fire In Baldwin Estates (Firebox 48-05)
01/19/12 - Just before 10pm Kingsville VFC and surrounding companies were alerted for a dwelling fire on Drew Ct. E382 quickly responded with 6 volunteers. E482 arrived to find a one story dwelling with fire showing from the roof. After arrival E382's crew assisted in fire extinguishment and salvage and overhaul operations. Engine 382 was on location for about two hours.

Chimney Fire On Harford Road (Fire Box 38-15)
01/03/12 - Around 9am Long Green and surrounding companies were alerted for a dwelling fire on Harford Road. Units arrived to find a chimney fire. Crews from engines 10, 382 and harford tower 332 extinguished the fire. Units were on scene for a little over an hour.

Vacant Dwelling Burns In Kingsville (Fire Box 48-4)
12/28/11 - Around 330am Kingsville volunteers and surrounding companies were alerted for a dwelling fire on Regwood Road. Company 48 units arrived to find a fully involved dwelling. Both engines from Long Green responded, Engine 382 assisted in firefighting operations and Engine 381 in water supply operations. Long Green equipment was on location for about four and half hours.
House Fire in Fallston (Har13-27)
11/04/11 - Just before 8pm E381 was alerted for mutual aid tanker run to Harford County for a barn fire. Fallston units arrived to find a farm house with heavy fire showing. Units were then advised that there could be people trapped. Crews conducting an initial search did find a person trapped inside the farm house. After being transported to the hospital the victim was pronounced dead. The crew from E381 assisted in firefighting operations for about two hours.
2011-01-19-LGVFC Extends Condolences on LODD
01/20/11 - The Long Green Volunteer Fire Company extends our sincere condolences to our brothers and sisters of the Lutherville Volunteer Fire Company on the tragic line of duty death of Mark Falkenhan, who was killed while battling a 4-alarm apartment fire in Hillendale on the evening of January 19. Our thoughts and prayers are with our LVFC brothers and sisters and Mark's family.
